Silkeborg
(12th) are virtually relegated and should just focus on enjoying the last
matches in the Superliga. They have lost the last three matches without scoring,
which is more in line with their overall performance, than the start of 2015
where they earned two wins based on a high efficiency in front of goal.
Silkeborg have scored on 41% of their shots on target in 2015, which is still
way above the league average of 28%. There is some positive news ahead of this
match. Midfielders Emil Scheel and Nikolaj Køhlert both return after being
injured, which means that Silkeborg are for once able to fill out the bench.
SønderjyskE (9th) are experiencing a very bad period. One point have been earned in
the last four league matches, and they were knocked out from the cup in midweek
against FC Vestsjælland. The relegation line is getting closer and SønderjyskE
need to start picking up some points. For this, it is very positive that
striker Tommy Bechmann is back in the squad, although he is unlikely to start
after several matches out. Negative is the injury to strong winger Johan
Absalonsen, who will miss this match.
SønderjyskE
are usually a strong away team, but they have really looked poor lately and
have a cup match in the legs. A Silkeborg who can play freely should be able to
give them a good challenge, and let us not forget that Silkeborg beat
SønderjyskE 4-1 in their best game of the season. An equal match should be in store, and value should therefore be in the home team
here.
