OB (6th) went home with a victory against Esbjerg in the “Battle of
Southern Denmark”. Winger Emil Larsen looked sharp and scored a great goal
after only 3 minutes. It is now a question whether they can keep the
international winger for the whole season. Rumours have said that AC Milan are
scouting him at the moment. On the other wing Rasmus Falk did not play for Denmark’s
U-21 due to some groin problems, but we believe that he will be ready for the
Monday match. A problem for OB is that right back Espen Ruud is out due to
suspension. His offensive quality and collaboration with Falk will be missed.
Striker Morten Skoubo is also unavailable, but as we have mentioned before we
think that he is too slow and cannot keep up with the other offensive players
in OB. So this might be a good thing for OB. We expect that Mos Abdellaoue will
replace him. Mos will be motivated since he will be playing for the starting
job. SønderjyskE (11th) are again without striker Tommy Bechmann. He is listed
as doubtful but we reckon he will not play, which would be a big blow to the
struggling offence. Midfielder Andreas Oggesen is doubtful, while defender
Niels Lodberg is doubtful. Positive is the possible return of midfielder Bo
Storm.
The quality of Emil Larsen and Rasmus Falk is something that SønderjyskE
find difficult to defend against. And with these odds an OB win looks quite
attractive. We also posted this as a #Twitbets but the offer is still
attractive so we repeat our recommendation here.
